David Peña holds a Law degree from Universidad de Barcelona and a Master’s degree in Law from Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía (ISDE).
He has been a practicing lawyer since 1999. After 10 years at the firm as a lawyer, he started his own practice and later returned as a partner in 2015. He is a partner who specialises in legal management of civil and bankruptcy matters. He is part of the List of Insolvency Administrators of the Barcelona Bar Association since 2011, having been appointed Insolvency Adminisrator in several proceedings managed by the Commercial Courts of Barcelona.
David has been distinguished by Best Lawyers 2020 and 2021 as one of the best lawyers in the areas of Insolvency and Bankruptcy in Spain.
He teaches at the Master’s degree in Law at Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía (ISDE).
