Rafael joined the international firm in 2017 with the opening of Pinsent Masons’ Spanish office from Ramon y Cajal Abogados. Rafael, until now a senior associate in the team, has extensive experience in Mergers and Acquisitions, Private Equity transactions and corporate restructurings. He also advises on other aspects, including contracting and Corporate Law in general. He advises a wide range of national and international clients, including both private and public sector companies and private equity funds and companies in the infrastructure sector.
