Marta, who joined Pinsent Masons in 2018 from Baker McKenzie’s Public Law and Infrastructure team in Spain, holds a double degree in Law and Business Administration and Management (ADE) from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (UAM) and a Master’s degree in Investments in the Energy Sector from the Instituto de Empresa (IE). She is also a lecturer in Public Law in the Master’s degree in Access to the Legal Profession at the University of Navarra.
Marta provides advisory and litigation services in the field of Public Law and Regulated Sectors. In the field of renewable energies, she has extensive experience accompanying clients in all phases of the project from the early stages of development to its subsequent construction and operation, including the transactional and contractual phases. In 2022, the Legal500 directory has recognised Marta as a “Rising Star” in the categories “Projects & Energy” and “Public Law”.
