Raquel has joined Pérez-Llorca after spending a number of years preparing for the competitive state exams to obtain the title of Notary Public. Previously, she worked in the M&A department of Cuatrecasas.
She specialises in Corporate Law and advises domestic and international clients on Corporate matters, Commercial contracts and Mergers and Acquisitions
She holds a degree in Law from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, where she also got her Master´s degree in Access to the Legal Profession, and where she has also been a mentor and has collaborated with the Civil Law department.
