Pérez-LLorca has reinforced the firm´s Brussels office with two associates, who will work closely with the office head partner Sonsoles Centeno, who recently took the helm, as announced by Legal Dealmaker.
Irene González campos, currently working in Pérez-Llorca’s Public Law practice, joined Pérez-Llorca in February 2019 from Chávarri Abogados, where she worked in Restructuring and Insolvency Law. Before, Irene got some in-house experience at Kia Motors Iberia, and also completed work experience at Allen & Overy. She holds a double degree in Law and Business Administration from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid with honours, and took an exchange programme at Zabreg School of Economics and Management.
Inmaculada Vigón joined Pérez-Llorca in 2014 after undertaking work experience at the firm during her studies. She holds a double degree in Law and Business Administration with honours from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, along with a course on EU and Spanish Competition Law, IEB. Inmaculada is part of the EU and Competition practice area, after having gained experience in the Litigation and Arbitration and Corporate practice areas at the firm. She advises national and international clients on matters related to the defence of competition such as the analysis of distribution agreements, related contracts, and merger control. She is an expert in defending clients in sanctioning proceedings before the competition authorities and before the jurisdiction of the administrative courts. She participates in pre-litigation and litigation matters involving damage claims arising from competition law infringements. She has also given advice on different matters related to personal data protection.
