Azanza has a high international profile and has been recurrently involved in multi-jurisdictional transactions.

Leading international legal directories endorse her experience and expertise. Chambers & Partners places her in Band 1 in ‘Capital Markets: Debt’, and Legal 500 places her in the Hall of Fame band in the same practice. Likewise, Euromoney-IFLR 1000 recognises her as Highly Regarded in ‘Capital Markets: Debt and Equity’, and Best Lawyers ranks her as one of the best lawyers in ‘Banking and Finance Law’ and ‘Capital Markets Law’ in Spain.

“Yolanda’s incorporation responds to the Firm’s strategy of recruiting the best professionals. Her experience strengthens the team dedicated to capital markets with the aim of continuing to offer the best service to our clients,” said Ander Valverde, Finance partner at Pérez-Llorca.

“Pérez-Llorca has a strong multidisciplinary Capital Markets practice. The incorporation of a person with Yolanda’s professional prestige responds to our strategy of leadership in this area,” said Carlos Pérez Dávila, partner of Capital Markets at Pérez-Llorca.
