Miquel de Espona is a Real Estate lawyer specialised in sale and purchase of real estate assets, drafting and negotiation of sale and purchase agreements (asset portfolios, shopping centres, office buildings, hotels, logistics warehouses, etc.) both through share deals and asset deals. He is also experienced in real estate financing (both bank financing and alternative financing), drafting and negotiation of loan agreements and guarantee packages, as well as in the drafting of construction contracts, delegated development contracts and FIDIC construction contracts and acquisition of non-performing loan (NPL) portfolios.
He joins Pérez-Llorca from Dentons Madrid, a firm he joined in 2018. Previously, he worked in the Corporate and Real Estate department of Garrigues.
Miquel is a Law graduate from Universitat Internacional de Catalunya and holds a Master´s degree in International Business Law from Università Bocconi-ESADE.
