Pérez-Llorca guides Grupo Gransolar´s €100m CP Programme in MARF

Perez-Llorca has advised Grupo Gransolar on the registration of a Commercial Paper Programme in MARF for a maximum outstanding value of €100 million, with Banca March as Registered Advisor

Each Commercial Paper shall have a nominal value of €100,000 so that the maximum number of Promissory Notes outstanding at any one time shall not exceed 1,000. The term of the Note Programme is one year from the date of incorporation in the MARF.

Bankinter and Banca March act as collaborating entities, with Banca March acting as Registered Advisor and Payment Agent and Pérez-Llorca as Legal advisor.

Pérez-Llorca advised Grupo Gransolar on all Corporate matters regarding the approval of a Commercial Paper Programme for a maximum outstanding value of €100 million and on its registration with the Spanish Alternative Fixed-Income Market (MARF).

Pérez-Llorca advised Grupo Gransolar with a team formed by Corporate partner Javier Gómez, together with Corporate lawyer Jaime Pérez Torroja.
