The transaction is the thirteenth purchase in nine years and represents a further strategic step by the Celli Group, with the aim of continuing to expand its presence in the Spanish market, following the creation of Celli España and the purchase in 2022 of 100% of Reyvarsur, a company specialising in the design and manufacture of systems and accessories for beverage dispensing.
Exclusivas JJL is a Spanish family-owned company founded in 1989 in Getafe (Madrid), and is a leader in the design and manufacture of high quality customised columns, trays, taps and branding for the brewing sector. With 35 employees in total, it has two plants, one of 3,300 m2 dedicated to manufacturing and offices, and another of 2,200 m2 for logistics and warehousing, to supply the main beer brands in Spain and Europe. The company expects to have a turnover of €30 million in Spain by 2023, which will become its third largest market after Italy and the UK. On completion of the JLL transaction they will have 80 employees in Spain.
The Vázquez family will remain at the helm of Exclusivas JJL with the role of providing continuity in the management of the company, continuing commercial development and coordinating the implementation of the partnership with the Celli Group.
