Isabel Villa, until now a senior associate in Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer´s Financing and Capital Markets department joins Pérez-Llorca as counsel.
At the finance department of the Magic Circle firm she acquired a broad experience in all types of domestic and cross-border Finance transactions, with special focus in international acquisition finance, Debt Restructuring and Structured Finance including Real Estate and Energy Project Financing.
Isabel joined the firm in 2007 as a junior associate, and made associate in 2009. She has espent her entire career at Freshfields. She holds a double degree in Law and Business Administration from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
Isabel has been involved in several relevant deals in the Spanish Market. She was part of the team that advised Naturgy in 2021 oon the financial matters on its sale to IFM along with partner Ana López.
