The project will have two distinct areas. On the one hand, 24 senior living flats and, on the other hand, the senior living residence, with a total of 150 places distributed in different living units. This hybrid model responds to the need to flexibly cover all stages of the life plan of the elderly.
The implementation of this project will lead to the creation of around one hundred jobs in the city, in which priority will be given to the incorporation of people with disabilities or in vulnerable situations”.
