Mariana Lloveras has joined the Energy team at ONTIER from PwC, where she was a Corporate M&A senior associate until last December. There, she was involved in projects mainly related to Contracting, M&A, national and international Corporate Restructuring, Corporate and Commercial Law issues.
Mariana is a Law and Business administration graduate and holds an LLM in Legal Practice, Corporate and Tax Law from IE Law School. She also gained experience at KPMG and prestigious companies like Santander Consumer USA and The Coca-Cola company.
