ONTIER moves its corporate headquarters to the “Habana” building in Madrid. The move will take place in September 2022 and will help it to keep pace with its growth and to reinforce its commitment to sustainability, innovation and collaborative work.
ONTIER’s new headquarters, with a surface area of 4,356 m2, 4 floors, over 800 m2 of garden, and almost 600 m2 of a landscaped attic.
The building, located in Madrid’s business district, occupies an entire block on the central Paseo de block in the central Paseo de la Habana connected to the Castellana axis. An 816m2 garden, designed by the prestigious landscaping studio Fernando Martos, and a landscaped penthouse of 587.5m2, create a unique environment that the modern architecture of the building. In addition, there will be a seasonal garden giving access to the lobby and restaurant on the first floor and an auditorium for 150 people.
The closing of the “Habana” operation before the completion of the building works has generated important synergies between ONTIER and ÁRIMA, aligning the project to the needs and business model of the firm and maximising efficiencies.
ONTIER also has the collaboration of Álvarez-Sala architecture studio -EAS-, in the design of spaces to promote a dynamic and promote a dynamic and collaborative work concept.

The air filtration, purification, and monitoring systems installed by ÁRIMA in Habana increase the quality of the air inside the building, directly affecting people’s wellbeing.
In addition, Habana will have LEED® GOLD, WELL® GOLD and WELL® HEALTH & SAFETY certifications, thus contributing to increasing the market of sustainable, healthy, and energy-efficient office buildings. It also has immersive spaces to foster collaboration.
