O&C reinforces its Corporate, Litigation, Insolvency areas

Ortego & Cameno Abogados has added lawyers María Teresa Cabrera Moreno and Pablo Fernández Sanz to stregthen its Corporate, Litigation, and Insolvency departments

Pablo Fernández Sanz is a Legal advisor to companies. He has 8 years of experience in Commercial Law, Contract Law, Bankruptcy Law, Civil Law, Contentious-Administrative Law, Procedural Law, Data Protection, and Regulatory Compliance.

He is a Law and Political Sciences-Administration graduate from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. He also holds several studies on Data Protection and liability of directors from Thomson Reuters; Aranzadi. Before joining Ortego & Cameno Abogados he was working at Martínez Sanz Abogados for three years as an associate in the Commercial, Corporate and Insolvency Law department. Previously, he also worked for more than two years at Valero Abogados, where he specialized in Legal advice for companies, Commercial and Corporate Law, and Civil Law.

María Teresa is a Law graduate from the Universidad de Córdoba, and she also holds a double Master´s degree in Business Law and Access to the Legal Profession from the Universidad de Navarra. She started her career at González de Aguilar y Asociados, working after at the Criminal Law department of Molins and law firm Bajo & Trallero.
