Manuel Sánchez is the new associate in the firm´s Corporate area of Ortego & Cameno. He is a Law graduate from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid (UC3M) and took the Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (UAM). He is currently taking an MBA at the European Business School of Barcelona (ENEB).
Previously, Manuel was a Tutor Lawyer at DWF-RCD, a pioneering firm in innovation and entrepreneurship, with previous experience at Abdon Pedrajas Litler.
He has experience providing specialised legal advice to the main public and private actors (multinationals, public administrations, national companies, start-ups, pfps, associations and foundations), in matters such as investment rounds, acquisitions, secretariat management, drafting of contractual agreements, legal structuring of technology-based projects, growth of start-ups and academic spin-offs, public-private collaboration programmes, regulatory modifications, technology transfer processes and Corporate Venturing and Venture Capital initiatives.
Manuel was also the winner of the DWF Emerging Talent of the Year 2020, globally, at the Rubie Awards.
