Elena Aguayo Martínez-Sagrera holds a Law degree with a diploma in Business Law from Universidad Pontificia Comillas, and a double Master´s degree in Access to the Legal Profession and Company Law from the same institution.
After insternship periods at the European Economic and Social Committee in Brussels and Ashurst. She also has experience in Litigation at CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo and at J. Almoguera Abogados. She later joined GTA Villamagna Abogados as a Litigation associate, from where she now joins Naturgy as Legal counsel to the conventional generation area.
This is the second addition to the Legal team of the Spanish energy company, after the hiring of Cristina Mañas Marín from Bird & Bird, as announced by Legal Dealmaker.
