Metricson adds Corporate and M&A duo

Metricson has added senior associates María Furest, who joins from Cuatrecasas, and Luis Tatay, who joins from GB Consultores- Financieros, Legales y Tributarios, to reinforce its Corporate and Commercial area

María Furest has developed her professional career as a lawyer specialising in Corporate and M&A. In particular, she has focused her practice on advising national and international business groups on M&A transactions, Corporate Restructuring, Corporate conflicts, Real Estate transactions and Commercial contracts. She joins Metricson from Cuatrecasas, where she has been working for the last 11 years.

Luis Tatay (Valencia, 1987), who joins the firm after working at GB Consultores- Financieros, Legales y Tributarios, also has more than 10 years of experience in the Corporate area. He has worked at law firms such as Deloitte, Broseta and Garrigues. Tatay is also a specialist in Litigation and Insolvency law. He currently teaches at the Lluís Vives Business School (Valencia).

On these appointments, Luis Gosálbez, founding partner of Metricson, said: “It is only possible to achieve excellence through talent; the incorporation of María and Luis allows us to continue growing at double digits and to face all types of operations with guarantees. We are very excited and hope to hire 10 more professionals before the summer.”

Metricson has offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Valencia and Seville.
