Mariscal Abogados has advised Doral Energy Group on its entry into the Spanish market by means of an agreement with the Dutch family office Green Solar International Group for the development of ground-mounted photovoltaic projects coupled with green hydrogen and/or green ammonia in Spanish territory.
Mariscal Abogados advised during the negotiations and drafting of a framework agreement entered into by both parties, under which some projects already in the feasibility phase.
The portfolio is located in the north of Spain, close to the industrial area port of Bilbao. Doral Energy Group will seek to develop two main hubs servicing industrial and mobility partners with integrated renewable solutions, being the capital investment between €500 – €900 million range depending on the final planification.
Doral Energy Group is a leading global company in the field of renewable energy. Founded in 2007, has been trading on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange since June 2020, present in numerous countries and with more than 18 GW pipeline projects.
