With more than 20 years of experience in providing legal advice in their respective fields, Lidia and Luis Antonio have become benchmarks within the firm thanks to their high technical level and in-depth knowledge of the practice of the profession.
Lidia Bazán, who joined the firm in 2011, is an expert in corporate restructuring, economic and contentious-administrative proceedings, as well as succession planning. With this appointment, she will lead the growth strategy of the tax department in the Madrid office, together with Santiago Díez, with whom she has been working for more than 25 years.
Luis Antonio Sanz has been with Marimón Abogados since 2004 and specialises in real estate law and commercial contracts. He has extensive experience in the design of complex real estate structures and in coordinating legal advice on numerous real estate transactions for operators and investors who are very active in the sector, particularly in the retail sector. This appointment reinforces the growth strategy of the Real Estate Law department in which he has been working together with Antonio Marimón for almost 20 years.
