Marc is a Law graduate from Universidad Pompeu Fabra of Barcelona and a member of the Barcelona Bar Association since 2002. He was a State Attorney candidate for three years. He teaches as an associate professor at the Faculty of Labour Relations and Law of the Universidad de Barcelona, and has been coordinator of the Aranzadi Social Forum Barcelona for several years.
He holds more than 20 years’ experience in the field of Labour relations and Social Security, providing comprehensive Labour and Social Security advice to companies of all sizes and profiles as a specialist in Labour relations, Litigation, collective bargaining, Restructuring processes and the design, preparation and implementation of company policies on time recording, digital disconnection, harassment, equal pay, etc., for both national and international companies.
Marc had already worked at Sagardoy before joining PwC in 2018, where he was managing partner.
