Mango renews its Legal department

Mango has appointed Eugenia Jover as its new head of Legal, joining from Deloitte Legal, and replacing Francisco Javier Fontán, who joins Punta Na Group as managing director

Eugenia Jover joins Mango from Deloitte Legal, where she was a director in the firm´s Corporate/M&A department. She is a Commercial Lawyer with extensive experience in the leadership and execution of national and international projects, advising leading national and international projects and top-level groups of companies.

She joined the Biog Four in 2007, from where she has advised on M&A transactions, including company acquisitions, takeovers and joint ventures. She has also advised on Corporate Restructuring transactions at national and international level, including cross-border restructuring operations, as well as on the process of internationalisation and establishment of Spanish companies abroad and of international groups in Spain.

Prior to joining Deloitte, she gained in-house experience at Nablas Management, where she was responsible for the Legal area providing advice on the development of artistic careers at national and international level.

She holds prior experience at Garrigues, where she spent six years as a Corporate lawyer.

She is also secretary non-director of the Board of Directors of national and international companies in various sectors.

Eugenia holds a Law degree and Master’s degree in Law from ESADE.

She replaces Francisco Javier Fontan Cosialls, who has been Mango´s head of Legal from 2016, and now joins the holding Punta Na Group as managing director, recruited by Isak Andic, owner of Mango.
