Alejandro is a Law graduate from Universidad Pompeu Fabra and holds a Master´s degree in Labour Law from ISDE. He specialises in Labour Law, advising national and international companies on all types of complex Restructuring processes and on Labour Litigation, providing Legal assistance on Labour and Social Security proceedings, including comprehensive advice on the planning and execution of individual and collective dismissals, Mergers & Acquisitions, and outsourcing; collective bargaining through the negotiation of statutory collective agreements, company agreements, and substantial modifications of working conditions, among others.
He has also advised multinational groups on their incorporation in Spain, assisting them with their first steps aiming at accelerating the development of their business through key HR policies and working methods.
Alejandro started his career as a Labour lawyer at RCD Rousaud Costas Duran, and joined CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo Barcelona office in 2014. In 2020, he joined MAIO Legal Vigo office to lead the Labour practice, which he will be leading now as a partner.
