Until now, Giuseppe was a lawyer in MAIO Legal´s Banking and Finance, Commercial and Business, Mergers and Acquisitions area.
Giuseppe graduated in Law cum laude from the LUISS Guido Carli University of Rome, and was awarded an Erasmus scholarship at the Universidad Pontificia Comillas de Madrid (ICADE). Subsequently, he graduated in Law from the Universidad Internacional de La Rioja and took his Master’s degree in Access to the Legal Profession at the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, where he was admitted with a scholarship of excellence. In 2017 he won the Cátedra Scholarship of the Mutualidad de la Abogacía.
He began his professional career at Muñoz Arribas Abogados SLP, focusing mainly on Insurance Law, Commercial law and Civil law. Since 2021 he was part of the Commercial Law department of MAIO Legal.
He now joins KPMG Abogados as an Attorney at Law in the firm´s M&A-Capital Markets-Corporate Governance area.
