Braemar PLC, one of the UK’s leading tanker brokerage firms, based in the City
of London and listed on the London Stock Exchange, has signed a remarkable team
of local brokers with 30 years of experience to enter the Spanish market.
The British firm, which closed last year with revenues in excess of 110 million
pounds, hopes to increase business in maritime brokerage with this new alliance,
opening an office in Madrid. Thus, it has opted for a team with extensive and solid
experience in the sector to achieve the goals set.
The negotiation of the transaction on Braemar’s side was carried out by a MAIO Legal team led by partner Marco Bolognini, and formed by lawyers Pablo Segui, Cristina Martínez and
Adrián Navarro
The management was advised by Argali Abogados, with a team led by co-founding partners Isabel Dutilh and Teodoro de Agustín, with the help of Tax partner Fernando Lafita and lawyer Juan Ferri.
