Until now, Bárbara Hernández-Mora Segura was a counsel in Dentons’ Madrid office. Prior to joining the firm, she was an associate at Linklaters.
Bárbara specialises in property financings, structured finance, restructuring-related to real estate assets as well as “sale and lease-back” transactions. She has advised a wide range of commercial and investment banks, investment funds, and investors. She has made a five-month secondment at Deutsche Pfandbriefbank AG, Sucursal en España.
Bárra Hernández-Mora has extensive experience assisting clients with disposals of retail and logistics assets, along with investments in public infrastructure. She is additionally well-versed in acquisition financing mandates.
She is a Law graduate from the Universidad Pontificia Comillas and she holds a diploma in International Legal Studies from the same university.
