Linklaters appoints new partner

One year after her promotion to counsel, Linklaters has promoted Begoña Martínez to partner

Begoña joined the firm in 2008. She holds a double degree in Law and Business Administration from Universidad Pontificia Comillas, and is actively engaged in the firm´s learning hub for young lawyers.

Begoña has advised on some of the most relevant Refinancing agreements, Restructuring of financial debts in the Spanish market and also regularly advises on syndicated loan matters, usually under the direction of renowned partner Ben Crosse. She also has experience in Insolvency and pre-Insolvency Law, especially in matters related to Restructuring plans and Refinancing agreements.

Begoña Martínez was recognised by this media as a top transactional senior lawyer, being selected as one of the Legal Dealmaker’s Partners To-Be in Spain.
