Lener announces the incorporation of Enric Fort Laborda as new partner of the Commercial Law department. He will also assume the management of the Barcelona office.
Enric has more than 20 years of experience in the legal sector, specialising in advising start-ups and public entities, as well as commercial companies in both corporate and corporate operations, both nationally and internationally.
He is a Law graduate from the International University of Catalonia (UIC) and he holds a master’s degree in Corporate Finance and Law from ESADE. He has been a regular contributor to venture capital programmes at various training centres since 2016.
With the incorporation of Enric Fort, Lener strengthens and consolidates its Commercial Law area, one of the departments with the best recognition and expertise of the firm, in the Barcelona office, where the firm is making an important commitment to the future.
