Antonio holds a double degree in Law and Business Administration and Management from Uiversidad Alfonso X and, and also holds a Master’s degree in International Business Law fromESADE Business and Law School. He is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
He has developed his career providing professional services in both national and international law firms, focusing his practice on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), transactions with investment funds (Private Equity and Venture Capital), Restructuring processes and Corporate Governance.
For the last four years and prior to joining Lawesome, he held the position of head of Legal at Inveready Group, one of the leading Venture Capital managers in Spain. he has previous experience at HF Legal and at AGM Abogados.
He now joins Lawesome´s M&A and Venture Capital area as a senior associate.
