With extensive experience in the financial sector and top national and international law firms, Alex joins the Lawesome team with the aim of consolidating the firm’s Tax area as a boutique of high-end legal services for corporate transactions.
Specialising in M&A transactions and tax planning for national and international companies and business groups, Alex Linacisoro began his career in the tax department of Bufete Barrilero y Asociados in Bilbao and Madrid, before joining Norgestion as a partner in the Tax area in its Bilbao office. He joins Lawesome from Elkargi SGR.
Alex is also a frequent speaker at Tax forums and has been a lecturer on the Master’s degree in Tax Consultancy at the University of Deusto and the Master’s Degree in Financing for SMEs, organised by Elkargi SGR and the University of Deusto, as well as on the Executive MBA at Eseune Business School, among others.
