Nebot&Páez and Mariscal Abogados have advised Moreno-Pavón Family, who until now has been Club Deportivo Leganés, S.A.D.’s majority shareholder, on the sale of 99.1% of the shares to Blue Crow Sports Group, a US powerful and experienced investment group specialised in sports management, counselled by Deloitte Legal, that has become the Club’s majority shareholder.
The negotiations took place during several months, materialising in a complex transaction involving several contracts and sports law assistance.
Moreno-Pavón family bids farewell to the Club after 14 years, during which they have achieved two promotions to First Division (LaLiga) and the professionalization of the Club.
