Yolanda Cano has been, since January 2011, a member of the social area of the Spanish Supreme Court Cabinet
She holds a PhD in Law, with an extraordinary award for her doctoral thesis from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, and a Master´s degree in Legal Law from the Marshall Whyte School of Law of the College of William and Mary in Virginia (USA). She has completed pre-doctoral stays at the European Law Research Center of Harvard Law School (USA) and post-doctoral stays at the University of British Columbia (Canada).
She is a Labor Law and Social Security professor at Universidad Rey Juan Carlos. Yolanda has directed and participated in research projects with transfer of results and is the author of several monographs, book chapters and doctrinal articles.
Labormatters is headed by Alfredo Aspra, was founded in 2021 with an ex-Andersen team, and has offies in Madrid, Valencia and Seville.
