Íñigo joins King & Wood Mallesons from Gómez-Acebo & Pombo, where he was until now a Litigation and Arbitration lawyer. Before joining GA_P in 2019, he was a lawyer at Temboury Abogados.
He has extensive experience in advising on all types of legal proceedings in Commercial and Civil matters and in contractual and non-contractual liability actions. He also has experience in the validity, interpretation and enforcement of contracts in civil and commercial matters and in the termination and rescission of contracts.
He holds a degree in Law and a diploma in Business Studies from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE). He prepared for competitive examinations for the body of Property, Mercantile and Movable Property Registrars.
He has participated as author or co-author in various specialised publications.
