The new vehicle is focused on investing in high-growth small and medium-sized enterprises (small-caps) in Southern Europe, which aim to solve global challenges in line with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
The fund has the participation of private and institutional investors, both new and those who have previously collaborated with the private equity manager. Among the themes on which it will focus its strategy are the following areas: health, food, wellbeing and security, job quality, education, digital inclusion, clean energy, circular solutions and new generation agriculture.
The fund is one of the first in Southern Europe to register under Article 9 of the Sustainability Disclosure Regulation (SFDR).
Miura Partners is a leading private equity investment firm in Spain, based in Barcelona. Since 2008 it has invested in more than 50 companies, with deals valued at over €2 billion.
