KPMG strengthens Commercial area

KPMG Abogados has hired José Bonmatí Sánchez to reinforce the firm´s Commercial advice, joining from Ayuela Jiménez

José Bonmatí joined the Commercial and Litigation department at Ayuela Jiménez Abogados in 2018. Previously, he was a collaborator at Universidad Miguel Hernández de Elche, where he is now an associate professor, teaching Private International Law.

He is a Law graduate from Universidad Miguel Hernández de Elche, and holds a Master´s degree in Data Science and Business Analytics from IMF, two MOOCs from Universitat de Barcelona and Universidad Carlos III de Madrid (New Technologies and IP, and Digital Market Contracting), and an expert diploma in Corporate Governance and M&A operations from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. José holds various courses on AI from the University of Helsinki.

“After three years at Ayuela Jiménez, I start a new stage in the Madrid office of KPMG Spain. I would like to thank those who have been my ‘family’ for the last three years for everything they have taught me and that has allowed me to grow personally and professionally. Three years that have allowed me to meet professionals of the highest level and to share my day-to-day life with clients who have made my profession a challenge and a real pleasure,” said the new KPMG lawyer.
