Juan Ignacio Olmos joins KPMG Abogados Barcelona office from Ceca Magán Abogados, where he was the head of the firm´s Labour practice in the same city. From the beginning of his professional career he was inclined towards Labour Law.
He holds more than 24 years of experience, and since 2018 he managed and coordinated the firm´s Labour team. He has extensive experience in advising on Labour relations, especially in the hiring of directors, senior management and management, Due Diligence, Company Restructuring -ERE, ERTE, MSCT-, Collective Bargaining, PRL, representation and defence before the Social and Contentious-Administrative Courts.
Previous to Ceca Magán, he was a partner at Andersen´s Labour and Employment practice, where he specialised in the Social and Labour aspects resulting from Corporate Restructurings, Labor Due Diligence, Labor and senior executive contracts, Collective lay-offs, Lock-outs and Legal Strategy on Human Resources Management.
Juan Ignacio is a Law graduate from Universitat de Barcelona and holds a postgraduate degree in HR from Universitat Rovira I Virgili, and an MBA from EAE Business School.
