KPMG Labour director joins Augusta as counsel

Augusta Abogados has recruited Jordi García Viña as a Labour counsel, joining from KPMG, where he was a director in the Bug Four´s Labour department

Jordi García Viña is a specialist in the diagnosis and execution of projects for private and public organisations in all economic sectors, both nationally and internationally.
He holds extensive experience in the management of new generation plans in training, recruitment, diversity, company culture, occupational health, data analysis,
digitalisation, remuneration policies, flexibility mechanisms or restructuring processes.
He has designed and led processes of agreements with trade unions, collective bargaining and conflict management.

Jordi will work in Augusta Abogados’ Madrid office and will actively participate in thefFirm’s development plans in Madrid.

Viña has held various positions in both private and public institutions, including his current position as full Labour Law professor at the University of Barcelona and his previous responsibilities as head of the Labour Relations Department of the Spanish Confederation of Employers’ Organisations (CEOE) and more recently as a director in the Labour department of KPMG in Madrid.
