He joins the M&A Legal and Corporate practice in the Corporate area, led by Eneko Belausteguigoitia.
Francisco has more than 18 years of experience, the last 9 of which were at Ashurst, where he was counsel in the M&A department. He has extensive experience in transactional matters and in particular in M&A, corporate reorganisations, private equity transactions and joint ventures. He has also advised on corporate and real estate law, including real estate and debt management service contracts.
In this new stage of his professional career, Francisco will join the Madrid office of M&A Legal and Corporate in the Corporate area, where he will work mainly on all types of transactions in different sectors.

Francisco holds a double degree in Business Administration and Law from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE). For the past 14 years, he has been a lecturer on the ICADE Master’s degree in Business Law, specifically on the subject of joint ventures, and has been a speaker at numerous seminars and conferences. He has also published numerous doctrinal articles on his area of specialisation.
