Founded by ex- Garrigues Pedro Fernández and Álvaro Checa, the firm aims to become a national benchmark providing large wealth management advice, combining its extensive experience in international taxation with the legal approach of the Anglo-American and Central European Wealth Law industry.
The firm is based in Madrid. Specifically, in Genova, 27, a move recently managed by Lassen Global, and a second office in the prestigious Sierra Blanca neighbourhood of Marbella.
“In my 30 years of experience I have had the opportunity to see how services related to estate planning structures, including succession to the next generation (estate planning), have specialised to become a highly developed industry in other jurisdictions,” said Pedro Fernández, co-founder and managing partner of the new firm. “Our international experience in these regulatory and tax environments puts us in an excellent position to serve our clients,” he added.
Pedro Fernández has been recognised in prestigious directories such as “Private Client Global Elite”, belonging to the prestigious British publication Legal Week, as well as in “Who’s Who Private Client” by Thought Leaders. He has 30 years of experience in the world of law, with a special focus on international taxation, having been a partner at Garrigues, where he joined in
He is also specialised in providing legal and tax advice to foreign families and companies that move to Spain to set up residence, work or start a business.
