He holds a degree in Law from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, a Master´s degree in Corporate Finance and Investment Banking from the Instituto de Estudios Bursátiles and an Executive MBA from IESE.

Santiago Casado will be responsible for leading the company’s NPL business strategy, creating alliances with clients and industry players and strengthening Intrum’s value proposition in this area.

“The addition of Santiago Casado to our team will undoubtedly help us to strengthen our value proposition in the management of NPLs and maintain our leadership position. In an economic context like the current one, Intrum’s high degree of specialisation in the management of SME services is a great asset for our clients. Santiago’s arrival on the team as the new head of NPL will help us to leverage these capabilities even further,” said José Luis Bellosta, CEO of Intrum in Spain.
