Álvaro was until now a senior layer in Pérez-Llorca’s Intellectual Property and Technology team. He has experience in advising clients on matters related to the audiovisual market, music, video games, art and culture, trade secrets, technology transfer, robotics and artificial intelligence.
He joins SIA, an Indra company and specialised in Cybersecurity in Spain and Portugal, both in terms of turnover and expert talent, with more than 1,600 specialists, as a senior lawyer in the company´s IT Legal Advisory area.
Álvaro has advised companies from various sectors on national and international projects in relation to different audiovisual productions, as well as in those activities where intellectual and industrial property are the main focus. He also advises on the drafting of contracts relating to advertising and sponsorship actions, having collaborated on projects with different foundations and personalities.
He is specialised in Intellectual Property and Digital Law, advising companies in various fields, including the video games industry, Web3 (blockchain, NFTs and Smart contracts), advertising and B2C commerce.
He is a Law graduate from Universidad CEU San Pablo and holds a Master´s degree in Intellectual, Industrial Property and New Technologies from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, among other postgraduate studies.
Álvaro is a member of the Spanish Association of Entertainment Law (DENAE).
He was part of the Pérez-Llorca´s IP team that recently advised UK´s Bunzl on its acquisition of Seville-based Queraltó and Teleo Capital Management on its acquisition of Madrid-headquartered leading provider of global wealth management software solutions TechRules, among other deals.
