Lara is a lawyer with more than 7 years of experience in different positions related to talent management and Labour relations.
She is specialised in Labour counselling, Labour relations and talent management, as well as in implementation of global projects related to HR strategy (people management, compensation, forms of organisation and service delivery…).
She has developed her career in multinational firms (Hogan Lovells and Gómez-Acebo & Pombo) in different sectors, leading teams with strategic focus and results orientation. Passionate about Human Resources and innovation.
As the head of the Labour Advisory area, she led the team in which the company helped the Business to achieve its objectives based on Labour Law and people management in the companies of the Indra Group. She will now lead the Labour Relations and Labour Advisory area.
