Inditex adds Cristina Clos Gatnau to its Legal department

The lawyer, a specialist in Legal advice on Privacy, IT, Contractual, Commercial Law, IP, and Consumer Law, has worked at law firms like Garrigues and Cuatrecasas

Cristina joins Inditex from Fundació TIC Salut Social, where she has been working until now. She has also worked at law firms such as Garrigues and Cuatrecasas. During her time at Cuatrecasas she was seconded to SEAT as an in-house lawyer. Previously, she was part of the team of Manubens Abogados. She then gained experience at the Magic Circle law firm Clifford Chance and at Cuatrecasas.

She is a specialist in Legal advice on Privacy, IT, Contractual, Commercial Law, IP, and Consumer Law. She also takes part in many legal-oriented IT and M&A national and international projects.

Clos is a Law graduate from Universitat de Barcelona and holds a Master’s degree in International Business from Georgetown University. She got her Master´s degree in Access to the Legal profession from ESADE and holds another Master’s degree in Intellectual Property and New Technologies Law and Data Protection from Universidad de La Rioja.
