Carlos Gabriel González López has joined Ijes Solar as Legal counsel Corporate

Ijes Solar is an Alicante-headquartered company with more than 15 years of experience in the solar energy sector and specialist in the design and installation of photovoltaic projects, including all types of installations, from self-consumption projects connected to the grid, isolated or pumped; to large solar farm projects.

Carlos is a Law graduate from Universidad de Alicante, and a specialist in Consumer Law in the French-Spanish market. His previous in-house experience includes being legal counsel at Goldcar rental, where he managed and coordinated (essentially Spain, Portugal, France and Italy) daily B2C litigation (extrajudicial [mediation, arbitration] and judicial), assistance and coordination of communication with the Administration (inspections, administrative files, etc.), as well as Data protection litigation.

Previously, he worked at JLCA&As.- LAWYERS as a specialist in extrajudicial area, and he is still part of FC Abogados, headed by Fernando Cambronero.

He holds experience in international contracts, such as, among others, distribution and sales agreements, agency agreements, service agreements, lease agreements, confidentiality agreements, sponsorship agreements, etc. He also advises on Business Compliance processes related to Competition Law analysis, Consumer Law and Due Diligence, as well as on Intellectual Property.
