Inmovilla is one of the leading proptech companies in the management of real estate solutions in Spain and a leading provider of real estate CRM, websites, and management tools for real estate companies. The total amount of the acquisition has not been made public by the decision of the management bodies of both companies.
Inmovilla is headquartered in Elche and has a team of 25 professionals serving more than 4,000 clients in Spain. Founded in 2006 by Raul Segovia, who will continue as CEO of the company, Inmovilla will maintain its independence on a day-to-day basis and maintain its extensive network of partnerships and integrations with leading real estate portals and operators in Spain.
“I am very happy that Inmovilla and Raul, its founder, together with all the professionals of this company are now part of the idealista team. I am convinced that the experience in the development and management of technological tools for the real estate sector and the research of new solutions for professionals in the sector, which are part of Inmovilla’s DNA, will be extremely useful to offer all idealista clients the best tools for managing their portfolios. In fact, there are already many idealista clients who use Inmovilla as a platform, we know it well and we admire the work carried out by Raul’s team,” said Jesús Encinar, Founder of idealista.
Raul continues at the helm of Inmovilla with autonomous management of idealista and it will be his sales technicians who will continue to provide service to his clients. He will also join the idealista management team, contributing his experience and knowledge to all the companies that form part of idealista, not only for the Spanish market where Inmovilla is present, but also for Italy and Portugal, where idealista already has several recently acquired real estate softwares: Miogest and Gestim in Italy and HCPRO in Portugal.
Idealista’s in-house team was led by its global head of Legal Andrea Viale and senior legal counsel Irene Esperante. Garrigues was idealista’s legal advisor with a team led by partner José Ramón Morales and principal associate Elena Artigas.
