Hotelbeds appoints Cristina Rotger new head of Legal & Compliance

The company, headquartered in Palma de Mallorca, has promoted Cristina Rotger Juberías to lead the Legal Advice Tech & Procurement, Legal & Compliance department

Rotger, who started her career at Belzuz Abogados, worked at Cuatrecasas for more than nine years. Then she joined Hotelbeds where she has been, until now, a Corporate Legal advisor.

During this time, she has been focused on the Corporate matters of the group entities, advising on Data Protection, IP, and review of Financial, Technology, and Service contracts, as well as intra-group agreements. She has been also coordinating both Spanish and international M&A transactions and has actively participated in the process of integrating groups of companies acquired by Hotelbeds. Currently, she is mainly focused on advising on new Tech initiatives of the group, including Fintech, as well as contracting with external suppliers.
