Rotger, who started her career at Belzuz Abogados, worked at Cuatrecasas for more than nine years. Then she joined Hotelbeds where she has been, until now, a Corporate Legal advisor.
During this time, she has been focused on the Corporate matters of the group entities, advising on Data Protection, IP, and review of Financial, Technology, and Service contracts, as well as intra-group agreements. She has been also coordinating both Spanish and international M&A transactions and has actively participated in the process of integrating groups of companies acquired by Hotelbeds. Currently, she is mainly focused on advising on new Tech initiatives of the group, including Fintech, as well as contracting with external suppliers.

Hotelbeds is headquartered in Palma, Spain, and employs around 3,000 employees globally. It is considered one of the world’s leading bed banks. Hotelbeds provides over 180,000 hotels across the globe with access to high-value, complementary distribution channels that significantly increase occupancy rates and optimise RevPAR – whilst not competing with the hotelier’s direct distribution strategy.
In addition to accommodation, Hotelbeds is also one of the world’s largest B2B sellers of travel ancillaries, offering 24,000 transfer routes and 18,000 activities, as well as attractions, tickets, and car hire. Operating under the ‘Beyond the Bed’ product line, it provides both hoteliers and travel distribution partners with an efficient platform and powerful tools to easily integrate and commercialise its leading portfolio of high-margin products.
