Hogan Lovells advises Metka on PV acquisition

Hogan Lovells has counselled Metka on the acquisition of two 100 MW solar photovoltaic power plants in Andalucía

A Hogan Lovells Madrid Corporate M&A team has advised Metka, the business unit of the Greek company Mytilineos S.A., which is engaged in the construction of large-scale projects in the energy, infrastructure, and defence sectors, on the acquisition of two photovoltaic plants located in Jaén and Guillena (Seville).

These two solar photovoltaic plants are scheduled to be operational by the end of the third quarter of 2022 and, once operational, will produce approximately 200 gigawatt-hours (GWh) of electricity per year.

The Hogan Lovells´ team, led by Corporate partner Lucas Osorio, included lawyer Carlos Beltran and Alberto Bocchieri and counsel David Antón and Blanca Garcia de Madariaga in the Regulatory area.
