US group Jupiter Aluminum has reached an agreement with Atlas Holdings to acquire Aludium, a company created by the latter company in 2015 after the purchase of three former Alcoa factories in Spain and France, one of them in Alicante.
Jupiter Aluminum is a US group dedicated to the recycling of aluminium in coils, on the acquisition of the Aludium Group, a leading European company in aluminium rolled products with operations in Spain, France and the Netherlands.
José María Balañá, EMEA managing partner, led the team.
