Hispasat adds Legal counsel from DIGI

Hispasat has hired Marcos Casado Guezou as Legal counsel, joining from DIGI Spain Telecom

Marcos Casado is the new Legal counsel of Hispasat, where he will deal with national and international contracting, New Technologies and Corporate/M&A issues. He joins XXX from GIDI Spain Telecom, where he was junior Legal counsel working on the review, negotiation and drafting of technological and commercial contracts and other agreements related to business development, as well as Legal advice to different departments of the company (infrastructure, technical, purchasing, sales, marketing, business development, etc.). He has previous experience at Mazars.

Marcos is a Law graduate from Universidad de Alcalá and holds both a Master´s degree in Access to the Legal Profession & International Law and another in Digital Law and Technology from Centro de Estudios Garrigues.

This move comes at the same time DIGI added Legal counsel from Bird & Bird, as reported by Legal Dealmaker on February 22.
