Herbert Smith Freehills has appointed four new Of Counsel in Madrid: Carmen Jara, Miguel García Casas, Miguel Fraga Otero and Eduardo Dachary Glaría

They are part of the 36 new counsels in the framework of the annual promotions that the firm carries out globally, effective from 1 May 2023.

These promotions reflect their outstanding client focus and commitment to the firm, alongside their technical skills and leadership.

In line with the firm’s partner promotions this year, the new counsel play a key role in strengthening its core practice areas in addition to the firm’s strategic focus on private capital, energy transition and ESG, as well as tech and cyber risk.
