Raquel Lacilla is the new Corporate Legal director of the Greening Group and secretary non-director of the company´s Board of Directors.
She is a Law and Business Administration and Management graduate from Universidad de Zaragoza.
She has 15 years of experience in the field of Corporate Legal consultancy, as head of the contracting area for renewable energy and infrastructure projects at national and international level in the Legal departments of ENGIE (where she headed the group´s Construction, Installations and Services Legal area) and ACS Group, as well as in law firms providing legal advice to companies from different sectors in civil and commercial matters (private contracting, Corporate, Banking and Insolvency Law).
